Absolutely unacceptable experience. I asked them to fix a simple issue with my French tip, and instead of addressing it professionally, they started verbally abusing me in their own language — clearly thinking I wouldn’t understand or notice. Not only was the service incomplete, but they still charged me full price. I paid for a full set and left with unfinished work and disrespect. This is not how you treat paying customers. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
Just received the best nail salon experiences in a while! Ben did an amazing job on my nails and Daisy had the best hands ever! Her foot massage was seriously incredible, I ended up paying more money for a longer massage! I’m definitely coming back again and recommend this place for sure!!!!
Thank you Lee! Excellent value. Very nice and thorough. Lee was very mindful during callus removal to avoid tender spots. AND they have the only massage chair so far with a petite setting! Easy returning customer.
I have a nail salon I am a regular at but I needed a last minute mani+pedi appointment. This one was closest to my place, so I thought I’d try this place, only to be left so disappointed afterwards. Whoever did my pedicure did such a poor job and the one who did my manicure wasn’t so great either. I ended up going to my regular nail salon the next morning and literally begged them to fix my mani+pedi. This place didn’t even clean the cuticles right nor applied the colors evenly.
