Dont be fooled!! Although she was very knowledgeable, she was very unprofessional. Whitney would scheduled my appointment and forget about them and just not show up or have tons of excuses as to why she didn't show up. When she did show up she would be late to my appointment. I was the one checking in to make sure she was coming. Not once did she say she had any policy and nothing was ever posted but she claims she has always had them in her salon.
