Jessica is amazing! I had broken one of my permanent bracelets that I got at Forever Linked months ago due to my own fault and went to have it repaired and asked her to extend it and turn it into an anklet instead and she did so at no extra charge beyond the $10 repair charge! She would not allow me to tip her, so I wanted to make sure to leave her a great review! Such a great shop, great selection and super friendly staff! Highly recommend! I will be back for sure!

Jessica truly has a big heart and I can tell how passionate she is about what she does. My mother, daughter and I came to her to have our permanent bracelets fixed, that we had gotten done somewhere else. Jessica informed us that the chains we had were too thin for the charms we had on them, which is why they got stretched out so quickly. Jessica was kind enough to replace the chains for us, free of charge. We will be back in the future to give her more business. Highly recommend!
Jessica did an outstand job! My request was a little unorthodox, as I wanted to turn a bracelet from my late aunt and into permanent jewelry. Not only did Jessica answer my questions prompty over email, but she was incredibly kind and patient, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to figure out how to make my request possible.
