Manana is a very talented esthetician I ever know and would never change for any other one, she is the one who loves what she is doing, and doing it quality, her explanations about each and every procedure is very helpful . Terrible service! I was doing a hydro facial the whole time that I was getting done random office workers were walking in to the room. A customer came in to have a conversation about her appointment. Manana kept getting phone calls. It was terrible I could not relax at all. When I call the next day to complain and explain Manana yelled at me.
