I’m incredibly disappointed by our experience with Kelly. She missed countless scheduled phone calls during the planning process. Honestly, she ruined the entire experience of planning our wedding. Please do not hire her. She was calling me asking for help with the seating chart the night before our ceremony. It was unbelievable. Kelly went above and beyond every step of the way. With just 4 months from engagement in California to wedding day in Maine during the height of the season, she kicked it into high gear and definitely made the experience enjoyable, memorable, and special. Unprofessional and unreliable — I would not recommend!! We had a very disappointing experience working with Kelly as our wedding day-of coordinator. She was unprofessional and failed to meet basic expectations. Most notably, she no-called and no-showed our Friday night rehearsal (which she was contracted to lead), initially stating that she confused the time admitting she "clearly can't read or focus on her notes." Kelly is an amazing AMAZING wedding planner/day of coordinator. She went above and beyond and is so extremely organized. The whole planning process i didn't feel one bit of stress. I can't thank her enough for making my dream wedding a reality.
