I owned an oceanfront home at 95 Ocean Shore Blvd. It was next-door to where they built a forever home and we would all joke. It takes forever to build, but not only that, they had their workers with no hardhats, which I have on video, doing construction and continually blowing dirt mud, which cost me thousands to remove from my home to the point where I finally had to sell it in 2020.
