Really good experience dealing with all the various people involved in this complex project. We were never pressurised but very competent, knowledgeable and helpful people were always on hand to chat to and advise us. The team undertook a couple of preparatory visits and on the installation day itself, they arrived good and early, and worked hard in extremely hot conditions to complete the task by lunchtime. Having spoken to several solar installers, finally meeting with Ian from Forever Green was a breathe of fresh air. No hard sell, just calm discussion of the pros and cons of different solutions. Installation team were very polite, professional and fun to meet. Very clean and tidy, the team of 8 completed a 24 panel and battery install in less than 6 hours with a lot of cabling back to our meter cupboard. So far system is performing very well, even on these short cold winter days we're now pretty much grid independent.
