I ordered a ring which went astray during delivery, agreed a replacement and now 7 months later I haven't had a replacement and have no response to emails or phone calls for 4 months (3 months after latest promise of replacement). Are they still trading? Anyone know if they have gone out of business? Update: they have been in touch with a reasonable explanation so I'm revising the rating to 3 stars and hopefully more once the ring is delivered.
This amazing man repaired a bracelet that four other jewellers told me couldn’t be done. He also repaired another bracelet for me at the same time and I was astounded by how reasonably priced his repair work is. To top it off, a chain that my dad gave me as a little girl broke a few days before my Dad’s funeral and I’ve been heartbroken about it. Outstanding service from Dave at Forever Gold Jewellery repairs today..went above and beyond when my father couldn't walk any further to his stall, so went to him instead!( side entrance of market) Adjusted and fixed his watches super quick, and then brought them back to him! Outstanding customer service have used these for some time now, but today showed consideration for others, and that meant so much to myself and my dad...thanks again
I had my first experience at Forever Gold yesterday, with a small jewellery repair. I was very impressed with the service, the prices, and the brilliant customer relations.
