This amazing man repaired a bracelet that four other jewellers told me couldn’t be done. He also repaired another bracelet for me at the same time and I was astounded by how reasonably priced his repair work is. To top it off, a chain that my dad gave me as a little girl broke a few days before my Dad’s funeral and I’ve been heartbroken about it. Outstanding service from Dave at Forever Gold Jewellery repairs today..went above and beyond when my father couldn't walk any further to his stall, so went to him instead!( side entrance of market) Adjusted and fixed his watches super quick, and then brought them back to him! I had my first experience at Forever Gold yesterday, with a small jewellery repair. I was very impressed with the service, the prices, and the brilliant customer relations. I came here with a rather complex request for a ring resize, the gentleman was so friendly and explained the ins and outs of why things could/could not be done which was very informative and appreciated. He found a solution and said the part will be in shortly. I will be back next week to purchase. Amazing service and very refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable and kind after multiple negative experiences with another repair shop.
