I had my first experience at Forever Gold yesterday, with a small jewellery repair. I was very impressed with the service, the prices, and the brilliant customer relations. Nothing was too much trouble and I was delighted with the repair. I would have no hesitation in recommending Forever Gold to anyone. Thank you both - I shall be back !
I came here with a rather complex request for a ring resize, the gentleman was so friendly and explained the ins and outs of why things could/could not be done which was very informative and appreciated. He found a solution and said the part will be in shortly. I will be back next week to purchase. Amazing service and very refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable and kind after multiple negative experiences with another repair shop.
I have been coming here for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve had many watch batteries changed here at a very competitive price compared to anywhere else in Swansea. A lovely couple run this shop and nothing is too much trouble! I’ve had a Pandora bracelet repaired here free of charge while my watch battery was being changed. I had a bangle that was too small so David added more gold to it to make it bigger for me. The job was first class, the bangle looks beautiful, exceptional service too. Can’t recommend enough, it’s an easy 5 stars from us. Thank you
