Bad customer service from a receptionist called Michelle. Made me feel as if my 200k budget for kitchen remodel was not good enough for their so called "obove high end products" Employees need to learn how to turn business away without leaving a bad impression. These folks lost my business and future referrals just because someone has not been trained on customer service.
