They dragged me in for a free sample. Then were very rude when they figured I wasn’t going to buy. I asked how much it was and he said are you going to buy, I said I didn’t have money on me, as I just came from the pool and he said let me do you a favour yours never going to buy, very rudely. If I was going to I am definitely not now.
Paid 400.00 for diamond infused product they used on my husband there at the shop. Husband's wrinkles totally vanished just to resurface long enough for them to get in our pocket. Went home and used the product that was supposed to be the same thing they used at the store, and guess what? It did nothing. No need in attempting to hold these ppl accountable. It is well documented they refuse to refund anyone's money being the true professional con artist they are. This place and this product should have been BANNED long ago.
No more service
This place is a total scam. After some high pressure sales tactics, promises of discounts, refunding a sale, etc, they followed through with nothing. Left me with credit card charges of more than $2000 more than promised. I've attempted to resolve the issue with the two gentleman that made the false promises, but to no avail. I filled fraud charges with my bank and a complaint with BBB. Don't ever trust this place.
This product and the people who sell it are a total scam. I feel like such a fool. The one thing they are good at is preying on insecurities. The products I tried and bought peeled off like glue after leaving the store. I was told the eye cream would last me 2 years and the mask 5. They had an expiration date of 12 months.
