I have had such a great experience at Forever Fitness. Miel keeps a very clean and well put together gym as well as provides a friendly and encouraging space for people to reach their fitness goals. I highly recommend forever fitness to anyone looking for a gym!
After a 3 year absence from running and strengthening, I was having a hard time getting started again. At 53 (and menopause) my body was a stranger to me. I knew I needed help. This is the best boxing gym I've ever been. The trainers are really professional, and the gym is clean. Unlike other boxing gyms, this facility is open 24 hours a day.

My kids and I love this gym! I work out while my kids take their boxing classes. The facility is simple but is clean and has everything needed. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful.
