Highly recommend Forever Fit Physical Therapy and Katarina! She is super knowledge and was able to pinpoint where my pelvic floor pain was stemming from. I am so appreciative of all the help and tools she gave me to find pain relief. The administrative staff was accommodating and helpful - it's nice they offer phone, text and in-person scheduling options. Great experience all around!
It is a good place to visit. Excellent place for your health. Good people. Ms. Jasmine Lugo is the best.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Worked with Kinnariben Patel and she was great and knowledgeable. Was shown a variety of different movements during my in person time there. Provided helpful at home exercises on top of what was done in person. It was also easy to check in for appointments via a text message link. Great experience.
