I improved so much once I started receiving treatment here. Eric was great and really pushed me so I can meet my goals and recover well.
I highly recommend the Largo location of Forever Fit Physical Therapy. Janelle Martinez and Eric Alstop use manual treatments, listen to their patient's needs, treat the patient humanely and respectfully. The wait list makes it easy to schedule appointments when the patient's schedule is erratic.
While both Eric and Janelle are highly skilled and experienced physical therapists, the customer service representatives handling calls would benefit from additional training in active listening skills to better understand and address customer concerns. When patients call to reschedule appointments and provide context or additional information for their healthcare providers, it is important to acknowledge their needs first—such as expressing understanding of their situation—before sharing a blanket statements about a fee. The group is awesome all of them are very attentive. They have a new cumber and they are whipping him right in shape. I love Forever Fit Therapy. Am 3 weeks post Op of knee replacement and things are going extremely well. I’m now comfortably walking with a cane.
