Forever Fit Carmel is a beautiful facility that is warm and friendly. The owner, Kitty Markusfeld, is knowledgeable, professional and inspiring. Admittedly I may be a little biased since I'm in love with her and she is my wife! I'm a lucky guy!
Kitty is a great trainer! She is very personable and truly takes a caring interest in all her clients - you will find Kitty to be a great ally in achieving your wellness goals! Kitty uses a variety of cardio and strength training to achieve results. She also helps with diet and nutrition, to ensure you are the best you possible! Kitty understands the important relationship between experience and nutrition. She will not only be your personal trainer, she will be there when your diet willpower needs work, too!
Excellent place all around. Kitty makes working out fun but gets results. As a Senior Citizen, I find the workouts very helpful. Move it or lose it...she sure helps that. An all around 10.
