A great place to workout and awesome owners. I've befriended the owners over my time, hung around with them, and got to know them and they truly are honest to goodness, salt of the earth people. They really care and put their heart and soul in to this place. 24/7 gym is virtually unheard of in the Minster area, but one with all the equipment they have makes it a true diamond in the rough.
