I started training with Karen in October of 2013. I was not sure what to expect, I had never worked out with a trainer before and I have to admit, I was a bit intimidated. For example, I was convinced I could lift nothing heavier than a 5 lb. weight. Karen proved me wrong in my first session, and she has continued to prove me wrong in every session since.
