Avoid this company. There are too many other fence companies to waste your time with this one. Communication is horrible. Once our fence was done I had to clean the yard myself. Multiple trips around the fence picking up scraps they left behind. Then the fence failed inspection. Now despite multiple phone calls and emails for a month they still cannot tell me when they will come to repair their work. A couple weeks ago it was “we will be there on Wed or Fri”. Refered to Emilio's company by family back in 2021, was very happy with the initial installation. Recently had issues with the gates, reached out, at first communication was great, but then zero follow up. I have reached out numerous times via phone calls, text messages, emails, never received the email Sue kept saying she would send with an estimate and contact info for repair, to order new matching gate. No response, no explanation why there was no follow through. Very disappointed. Months later, i'm still left with a brok... read more
Original install seemed to go well complained about gate not latching right was told to adjust it and he'd come look at it no response. Reached out again a few years later as I can't close my gate at all. Stopped answering my emails or asking for alot of money for a service call. More like temporary fence. Posts were installed too close together at the beginning and now it's apparently my forever problem. Recommended them for my mother and her gate fell apart as well and no response from them. I expected more from a veteran.
