I had probably one of the most complicated and long running insurance claims out there for my roof. Paul Chippendale was the Project Manager for my claims and actually hung in there with me for 2 years in order to get my insurance company to pay for a new roof. Paul stood by me the entire way helping me navigate the mess that my insurance company made of my claims. He took videos, pics, wrote emails and called and spoke to my insurance adjusters.
