The hairstylist was very sweet and tried her best but I asked for 2 inches taken off and she cut off more like 5. I see this is a common issue from the reviews. My hair also looks nothing like the reference picture I showed her. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a trim or if you have a specific look in mind

I asked for my hair to be trimmed to my armpits and now it’s above my shoulders. That’s 2-3” more cut than I asked for. I hate my hair now.
