I trusted Ron to make all the Forever Board for a new house I was building. He continued to lead me along, telling me he was almost finished with the recipe and refinements to the process of making the boards. However, he never did make the boards. I paid him nearly $20,000 for the boards that were to be delivered in October 2022. Horrible experience with this company. They were unreliable and continued giving out false promises. I was told our order would take 1-2 weeks but after 2 months of bs nothing was ever shipped out. Ron seems like a nice guy and very knowledgeable but has no clue how to run a business. They lost us thousands of dollars. 100% do not recommend this company!
We lost thousands of dollars and dealt with so much stress using this product and dealing with this company. Cost us 4+ months in build time which was detrimental to my wife's health. Then we were harassed and intimidated by Ron's lawyer to get out of paying a refund. We are consumers and you didn't stand by your product and I have every right to leave a review.
