After watching Jd troll a Facebook Group last night how are you all even in business? Not very good business practice to call Conroe people a bunch of uneducated fools. Then to go on and say he does not need more business because he is cheaper. Now I come here to read negative reviews stating dishonest and theft. Seems Jd needs some education in business.
Have a screenshot in a Facebook group called I Love Conroe of Jd Dricker saying that Conroe is nothing but abunch of uneducated fools.. Definitely ain't getting my business now and I'll be sure to spread the word
This "company" consist of dishonest and thieving people! They were hired to perform pool service, which according to my camera footage, consisted of the boy with the glasses walking around my pool looking like he lost something. During the course of his very brief visit, he decided to steal not some but ALL of my chlorine tablets that I had just purchased two weeks earlier! This particular group of individuals has displayed questionable behavior, engaging in dishonest business practices. They lack knowledge and employ deceitful tactics. To validate my suspicions, I sought a second opinion from a reputable pool service company, and I was informed that everything I was told about the issues with my pool turned out to be false.
They came & gave us a quote to fix our equipment after they Inspected everything, yet after the invoice was paid JD came & wanted more money & never fixed what they quoted. When I asked for our money back, JD told me never to contact them again & I would not get a refund. The father told me all chemicals were included with weekly service & JD told me not to listen to his father but his father answers the company phone.
