I love this beauty supply store! They are located in the Westland Shopping Center and they are great. They used to be in the middle of the shopping center in a smaller shop but now they moved to the end of the shopping center. It is huge! The people are so nice and friendly. This store has a wide variety of products. Marley hair, spring twist hair, braiding hair, crochet braids, locs, twists, loose crochet hair. Lots and lots of fake ponytails and buns. They have every thing you can think of. I totally recommend going there!
Bought a display mirror with no cord and was denied a refund because it was “electronic” even though it could not function. The employee ‘Andy Bang’ ( the only male cashier) refused to help, acted condescending, and claimed he was “doing me a favor” by offering store credit for an unused $40 + item. Uncomfortable atmosphere, poor treatment, and zero accountability. Do not shop here unless you enjoy being stared down and dismissed for standing up for yourself.
