I booked an appointment here after reading good reviews and doing a prior consultation where I was quoted $200–$250 for an ash balayage and a haircut. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing: At checkout, she charged me $280—over the agreed quote. Her explanation was that it took longer than she expected, but charging extra after the fact without warning during the service is completely unprofessional. After years of not going to a salon, I decided to try her and I couldn't be happier. I saw the reviews on google and decided to try and I'm glad I did. She cut my hair to my preference and styled it beautifully. I asked for an alt style haircut and she delivered—which is rare.
