My daugther in law was four minutes late for her appointment and they wouldn't see my grandbaby, she was told they were overbooked and thats why they have appointment times. This is ridiculous. I have worked for drs for twenty five years and we have never turned someone away for four minutes. There is no reason for the rudeness she experienced.
I called the office to see if they have flu shots and the receptionist asked for my insurance which is pvt. She asked me to call back in a week to schedule for a clinic that has been issued yet. Call me crazy but they are a doctor office that knows that flu shots come every year. Why arent they scheduling yet? Its to prevent children from getting sick so why do we have to wait if they have shots available?
