If a zero star was permitted then I would give this. Purchased a car from these people in Sept 2016. Major faults appeared after two days, had been a CAT C right off and did not inform us which is a legal requirement. Legal letters sent but these jokers never respond. Car has now been sat on the drive since Nov 2016 as it's unable to be driven. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX CARS YOURSELF. £1,500 wasted, trading standards have been informed.
Last Tuesday 20th September 2016, I was traveling from Southampton to Manchester to a meeting and was only about 24miles from home when I got a puncture on my car, after my wife finding Forester Park Tyre Services number I called them for help and being told that the Mobile van was busy all day I almost lost hope on getting to my meeting but they offered to come out in a car with a jack and sort my flat tyre out. I have found this place over a year ago when my tire blew and will never go anywhere else. Great prices, quick and efficient service, Glenn is a great guy who will go extra mile to sort out your car. Highly recommended.
Superb service from Glen. Tyre blew on the A34 green flag took 2.5hrs to come out to me, had it not been for Glen keeping the business open I would not have been able to find a replacement tyre at that time of night on our way to Manchester. I cannot stress enough how fantastic he was and how much I appreciated what he did for us, if you live in the area this is the only garage to use!
