Been taking my babies for over 10 years but Dr. Griggs has an ego and gets offended when you ask too many questions. Dr. Griggs is hardly there and the new staff is young, unprofessional, ignorant but easily distracted by cell phones. They lost my business when a life/death circumstance displayed & exposed how they don't care like they used to. There's only a couple good ones still left at Forest West (Amanda & JoAnne). Other than that, they lost me and my business.
