A family park. – This is the second time that I have lived at Forest Vista, first in an RV and now as a homeowner. Hurricane Ike tried to wipe out the park but the family oriented management trudges on. They have removed most of the damaged homes and are continually working to improve the park. One of the other posts mentioned “the rules change”. I think that is because they try to address problems as they arise. The pool is great. In the summer it’s open until 10pm! Forest Vista Moible Home Community – I have lived in this community since 2002. I have seen the changes in Management and have seen the improvements in the community as well. The Management Staff is very professional and curtious. The Maintenance Staff works very hard to make sure that everything is kept clean. Their Mobile Home Rental Prices are very reasonable. Too Long to comment on your STUPID review – Honestly you sound like typical trailer trash. You obviously have no education or you would not have posted such ludicrous comments. It sounds to me as if you are actually a EX Tenant. I have lived in this community for over 7 years. The only thing that I can agree with you on is that some homes should be renovated or removed.
