Have lived here 4 years, my biggest issue is the farm next to the trailer park and the dogs that run lose. Other than that, we really haven't had any other problems. Management is nice and respectful, neighbors are friendly. Let me update my review after the recent heavy rains. I don't know who designed this place, but it doesn't flood! Even during Harvey, it didn't flood and we never lost power. The few times I have had to call maintenance they got here when they said they would and fixed whatever issue there was.
