We toured this apartment earlier today. Trey was very friendly and knowledgeable!
The apartments are not worth what you’re paying for. They took the 70’s look out of them by changing you for an upgrade. Painting the shower, toilet, and sink to cover up years of use. The bathroom vanity still from the 70s. The faucet may or may not be. Chipped paint coming from the ceiling and walls. The outlets are all cigarette, smoke stained and upside down. Really great place to be, everyone so nice and helpful. Trey and the entire leasing office can't thank yall enough. Looking for something roomy and quiet this the place to go.
The maintenance guy Nick is knowledgeable, friendly, he knows what he's doing and he gets it done right. I haven't had the same experience with the other maintenance guy, but I highly recommend working with Nick on any issues. I feel safe after he's completed his work and I don't have to worry that any work he has done is not correct or that it may cause harm to my family. Highly confident in Nick and only Nick.
