We toured this apartment earlier today. Trey was very friendly and knowledgeable!
The apartments are not worth what you’re paying for. They took the 70’s look out of them by changing you for an upgrade. Painting the shower, toilet, and sink to cover up years of use. The bathroom vanity still from the 70s. The faucet may or may not be. Chipped paint coming from the ceiling and walls. The outlets are all cigarette, smoke stained and upside down.
