The Sugery seems to have got their act together a bit. I have had many calls to them today and last week to sort out different things and they have been more than happy to help. Very pleased with their service was thinking of leaving but now staying with them

Sick, abusive, racist (I'm white british - English), they discriminate against anyone, they don't care for dying terminal ill people, they've cause so much gross misconduct and neglect, I'm actually in the process of throwing the book at them.. more should seek legal advice too, this is unacceptable and I will not stop until this surgery is performing like one should, even at it's lowest standards. You should all not roll over, and take action against these unacceptable tyrants!
Doctors and nurses are on point, however, some of the reception staff are not really helpful, and feels like anything is too big of an ask. A bit condescending.
Great when you can actually get to see a doctor . Spent about 20 minutes on the phone trying to book a required blood test for Velindre Cancer Care . Couldn't get through but the automated advice was to book through the patient portal. I decided to do that and guess what ? There's is no option option to book bloods 🤮
