Grandparents sat here all day waiting for a response back on the doctors results , found liver damage , they need more support system for patients who have liver damage and treatment as soon as possible , still giving 4/5 stars based on they’re response time and how quick they support and care for patients , staff make you feel welcomed

Grandparents sat here all day waiting for a response back on the doctors results , Nothing not one single call or a knock , Even myself is faced with waiting for dental care to which they cannot do even though it’s an underlying problem that needs to be taking care of , instead I’m faced with these problems , I need help getting the dental care and my parents need help also , how long would we have to wait for until this is resolved ?

Very poor in getting an appointment They have seem to be getting better Some front of house are very friendly and the new doctors are a lot better

Nightmare to get an appointment when you do it's weeks away. If you phone your kept on hold for an eternity. when you do get through you have a "receptionist"that thinks she's a doctor. it's a case of biting off a bit more than you can chew to many patients not enough doctors.and latest update to my past post things have got worse.
