I’ve used this company in the past and have usually been very satisfied. However I recently had them out to cut a few small limbs in my backyard and unfortunately the pulldown shade on my patio was damaged. I understand that things happen, but the tear in the fabric was not there the morning of their arrival and it was after their departure that afternoon.
