The area is beautiful and the home is very nice. I'm disappointed in some of the lack of communication. We moved from out of state and have wood floors upstairs. At no point were we told that the humidity INSIDE the home needed to be regulated closely. I had one repair done for splinters and when I pointed out other issues I was told it couldn't be covered because the humidity in the home was too low.
