These apartments are trash ! My water breaks every 2 weeks, my microwave has been broken for about a week and they’re IMPOSSIBLE to reach ! I can’t even access the laundry room and I literally live here.
Absolutely disgusting!!! roach infested Apartments dirty inside and out trash everywhere including dumpsters smells horrible these are money hungry crooks and Nola Peaco leasing representative lied to us on numerous occasions just a filthy place some people will live in anything not me!!

It’s generally peaceful living here. The renovated floor plan is really nice! The large windows are a real draw. My dog is allowed and he loves it here too. I feel comfortable walking him at all hours. The neighbors are all very friendly and look out for each other. Great price for the space. Nola was super helpful with the move in and has continued to be helpful whenever I needed something.
Forest square apartments is a hidden gem and I want anyone who is curious to know this fact! I was looking for something affordable and this was it and I felt safe and any time I ran into another Tennant they were always friendly and ready to chat! The newly renovated 2 bed apartment was perfect for us! I walked in the early morning hours in the neighborhood across from the apartments and never questioned my safety.
