Forest Shadows is "home away from home' for my two dogs. Kimberly and her team truly have a passion and love for animals and it shows the minute we walk through the door with a smile and a warm greeting. One of my dogs had to have unexpected surgery before a trip. The care my dog received was beyond my expectations. I feel completely comfortable with the entire team!!!!
Extremely rude front desk employee you could ever expecte, NOT ONLY through the phone but also when going there to check-in. We have our doggie from Europe with full import documents and vaccinations on his passport. Without reading through each page of the passport a young lady just arrogantly saying that my doggie does not have some a needed vaccination so we have been directly rejected to check in instead of telling me what solutions could be found in order to solve this issue.
