This company could improve by ensuring their employees are not racist. I could not fathom how one might treat an animal if their view on people is also discriminatory.
You need to check your employees and their values. I would never do business at a place where the employees say the N word and disrespect minorities. She took the posts down but we all saw what she said. I’m offended. Terminate her if you would like to continue doing business with GOOD people. She is not.

You have an employee with an extremely racist daughter!!! Does she share her same views!!! I would never bring my animal to an establishment with any employee associated with such filth!! Disgusting!!! This will continue to be blasted!!!

Went and did a tour today to board our puppy. We are so impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of this place! 💯 Impressed! I am so thankful we found a place we know our baby will be well taken care of and have fun too! 💙🐶🙌🏻
The absolute best place for your fur babies!! I just had my dog Panda groomed , she was a mess, so much fur was shedding and I could not keep up with it. Called them and quickly made a appointment for her to be shampooed and shaved.. the works. =) I wish I would of done a before and after picture, because Panda looks amazing!! We (including Rosie the dog:) love the staff! They are amazing! They love our dog as much as we do! The facility is clean and spacious. Rosie has done daycare as well as boarding . We love Forest Shadows and highly recommend it for daycare, boarding and grooming! Susan Dufour
It’s amazing! My dogs love it here and the staff is so friendly and my dogs love the staff remembers! They run right in and are so happy when we pick them up. Highly recommend
