Our septic system back up and we called Forest. They responded promptly and pumped out the system. They also recommended installing an extension on the tank cap to make it easier to pump the tank in the future. The extended cap was to be a little below grade on our gravel driveway, with a plate laid over the gravel to ensure the traffic did not transmit to much pressure down to the septic cap.
