Half the time you call they don't answer the phone.. Incredibly frustrating!
The female Dr there was so rude, I wish I checked the reviews first. I had an appt for myself in the morning, I was basically told to go back to my old GP, it's too complicated. However, I have recently moved 30mins from my old GP and was looking for a new one to transfer my file to. I also had specific reasons to want to see a female Dr today. I had a terrible experience at this clinic with a female doctor. I genuinely felt like I was just a number to her and she wanted me gone as it was 4:40pm. (I work late) Some word for word quotes during my appointment from this doctor were “Okay what’s the next one” and “There’s no point me talking to you about this because I won’t do it for you” I was left feeling more lost with my health issues then when I came in. Why book an appointment when you are waiting for over half an hour when you get there??? We were warned against going here and now we can see why. My partner had been in hospital over a month and needed to follow up with a GP - told the Doctor was late, that there was one in front of us. Then there were 2… the way they run this is ridiculous - sending all these texts to confirm the appointment and here we are still waiting to see the doctor 35 mins past the appointment time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
