I love it how they call you saying you need to have an appointment for test results. Both times the doctor then asks me "why am I calling? " oh yeah that, tests results are all good. Doctor then charges the bulk billing how much ? Maybe I should ring Medicare and see how much you guys are charging for these pointless less than a minute phone calls. This is the reason this country's people are going broke.

Dr Dinali kannangra has no empathy at all with the patients. You should give proper guidance to the patients not just do the formalities. People are paying for the appointments so its your duty of care to guide them. Dont waste your time with her

I don’t understand the point of having an appointment time if I’m left waiting for over an hour. Time management is important for everyone, including your patients. I would much rather be given a later appointment than have the schedule overloaded with too many bookings, resulting in excessive delays. When appointments run this far behind, it has a significant impact on my day. I typically see Dr Tang, who is fantastic, but as he was booked out I took my son to see Dr Adesanoye. He would have to be the worst doctor I have ever had the experience of seeing. No greeting when we entered the room, and when I tried to explain what my son was experiencing, I was told to stand back and let him examine in a very rude manner. I have never really had a good experience here compared to other clinics. My last visit, I tried explaining to a doctor several times about a clearance I required for a job and she wouldn't listen- just kept repeating that it had to be done by the person who had conducted the pre-employment medical (this is not true) and so I left with no help or advice.
