Service at this place has been dropped. It use to be good. Today I had an appointment with a male doctor. Receptionist was on video call and eating her lunch while on front desk. Doctor was not willing to listen carefully. He was in hurry and within a minute I was out with test requests. This is time for me to find another doctor
Half the time you call they don't answer the phone.. Incredibly frustrating!
The female Dr there was so rude, I wish I checked the reviews first. I had an appt for myself in the morning, I was basically told to go back to my old GP, it's too complicated. However, I have recently moved 30mins from my old GP and was looking for a new one to transfer my file to. I also had specific reasons to want to see a female Dr today.
