Tried this medical Centre a couple of times compared to other medical centres extremely poor service. One time we booked an appointment waited for about an hour for the doctor to all of a sudden be told the doctor is longer be available, This has never happened to us before at any other clinic. The receptionists are absolute jokes!! Booked an appointment to simply get a medical certificate which was very important. My appointment turned into a call appointment by itself had a brief chat with the doctor who explained I don’t need to attend a physical appointment inorder to get my certificate and that they will email me the certificate straight away. This place is a total joke and feels like a scam. I signed up for a care plan with one of their physiotherapists, but the staff who enrolled me failed to explain how the plan actually works. They booked me for Saturday 9:00 am appointments, which I attended multiple times, only to find that no one saw me. Reception at the medical centre need to be sacked. I have never in my life come across the most arrogant rude receptionists in my life. They are perfect and can’t do wrong, god forbid they said sorry there was a glitch in there systems no they play the stop shouting at me card because your upset they stuffed something up. Every time I attend this clinic something is stuffed up, whether it’s double dipping on my Medicare charges or appointments being doubled up on and changed with no consultation to me.
