I have never really had a good experience here compared to other clinics. My last visit, I tried explaining to a doctor several times about a clearance I required for a job and she wouldn't listen- just kept repeating that it had to be done by the person who had conducted the pre-employment medical (this is not true) and so I left with no help or advice. I had an excellent experience with RN Fatima at Forest Road Medical Centre. She was incredibly attentive, gentle, and professional while helping me with a blocked ear that had been affecting my hearing. Fatima took the time to properly assess the problem and was able to carefully flush my ear, discovering and removing a cotton earbud piece that was stuck inside. Some doctors here are great but the reception team are so disappointing. They had been sending my personal medical information to someone else’s email address and this hasn’t been picked up for months, until I mentioned after requesting my forms being sent multiple times that they should confirm where they’re trying to send it to. I also never got a call back 7 days after getting a blood test. So incompetent and some you can hardly understand. Would rather pay for a private doctor now.

Took my teenage daughter to see dr Chamini poornamala jayasinghe for an infected hair follicle she was so rude was absolutely disgusted by her response saying she needs to loose under arm fat, my daughter is not a big girl and how dare she say things like that repeatedly to a teenage girl she doesn't know what body issues a teenage girl might have im furious that a professional would say something so rude absolutely disgusted is an understatement 😡

To the horrible nasty rude receptionist today afternoon, your attitude and behaviour was absolutely obnoxious the moment i walked through the door. Though you're wearing a face mask, I still saw your frowny aggressive eyes. My appointment was at 1.40pm with Dr Tang as per the booking screenshot below.
