takes long to get in then they rush you out
I have genuine concerns regarding the hygiene of this clinic and patient privacy. From the moment you walk in, it has a strong body odour smell and the walls and floors are very dirty. I feel like I need a shower after attending. Sitting in the waiting room, you can clearly hear the conversation between doctor and patient in the rooms. It feels third world and I am considering reporting this practice to health authorities. These issues need to be addressed for the safety and privacy of those that attend.
AI receptionist is absolutely shit. Long wait times even on telehealth call. Center has gone to crap
