Don’t even bother if you are pregnant or even if you want just bare minimum care. Reception never answers the phone and when they finally do there is one younger one who is very rude, defensive, and seems to have this sense of entitlement like she runs the whole show. Once you get past them the doctors are quite helpful but they seem to call at any time of the day when you book a phone appointment even though you select a time… once again reception just act like their clients are meant to just know this.

Dr Ponraj is a very good doctor and we have always had a positive experience with him. Unfortunately, our experience with the administrative staff—particularly Gurveer—was extremely disappointing. A physiotherapy appointment was allegedly booked without my consent or any notification (no SMS, email, or HealthEngine update). I have been attending this medical centre for about seven months, and until today I honestly believed it was a dependable place to get proper care. After this visit, I am seriously questioning that belief. The doctor I saw, Dr. Ademola Adesanoye, spoke to my father and me with a level of attitude and disrespect that I find completely unacceptable in any medical setting. service is absolutely non existent. only come here for Dr Loke - receptionist doesn’t exist- have tried calling multiple times - multiple days no call back no answer. had phone appointment with a different doc and they rang 2 hours early and have not had any contact since. so many other doctors in lara -

terrible service, both when trying to reach the front desk via phone and when dealing with doctors. you are treated as a number and there is no care given whatsoever. struggle to get proper care and it’s infuriating. if 0 stars was a possibility that’s what i’d be giving. do not go through forest road medical.
