Who wants to start a class action lawsuit against the Forest River Marine Division? Maybe that would get some satisfactory results.
Their customer service is bad. No one returns phone calls. They sent a letter to us to do a survey, and in return, they would send us some boat swag. We never got it. I was told after numerous calls, that they were behind, but for sure we would have it in a few months. We did our part, why can't they do theirs? Well, it's been over a year and I've given up. I'll let my friends know it never came. Hopefully the boat doesn't get issues.
