Great place to live. Safest and nicest in the area. Donna and the maintenance crew are totally professional. Lived here six (6) years and am happy. Nice pool, well maintained, grounds are very well kept, secluded and private (as best as can be expected). Thumbs Up!

Management is about as unprofessional as they come. It takes a long time for them to respond and they aren't even in the office a fair amount of time during business hours. The apartments themselves are okay but some of the people don't have anything better to do so they start fights and make false complaints so the police are here often. There is an ant problem so if you are renting from here, come prepare with bug spray or a bug bomb. I am moving as soon as I am able to. The biggest deal breaker is management.
The management couldn't be any nastier...The apartments are unkempt and if you ask for assistance with anything The management act as if your second class citizen. The worst.
Managers are very unprofessional will keep you waiting weeks on end for little details. Never return phone calls. Managers talk down to you for asking simple questions I would not recommend renting from this place EVER! Very unsatisfied from this business.
The apartments have a great layout, are nicely updated and affordable. The maintenance responds quickly. However, the tenants living in most of these apartments are low class. They have no respect for the grounds or anybody around them. My neighbors were constantly breaking every health code violation and every rule that the complex had, I constantly complained to management and although they were polite and understanding, they did absolutely nothing about it. We moved in July of 2011 with a one year lease. Six months into the lease, we transferred to a bigger unit due to my wife being pregnant. The former manager and us had an understanding that we only had six months left because we transferred and didn't renew our contract. Unfortunately, that manager was fired, and the new manager said we still had a year, eben though our contract says "transfer" and not "renewal." Manager is a rude, talks down to you when she thinks you aren't paying attention, she's never in during the office hours, locks people out during office hours and when she isn't doing that she's late to get into the office. It always seems to be closed down for some reason or another and it's really frustrating. Cops/Fire trucks and such are in here every other day cause there's always a fire or dispute happening. Maintenance is slow, they often lose your request or take over a month to get to something that should only take... read more
