Enjoy living here. Everyone is nice. Maintenance is always knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Neighborhood is kept clean, amenities are nice. Ignore the bad reviews that are obviously left by people who don’t know how to follow rules, think they are above the rules, or who think they wouldn’t hear noise living right next to the road. When applying you can pick which unit you are applying to, if noise bothers you don’t apply to something right next to the main road. Review: 0/5 – Attempted to Tow a Disabled Veteran’s Truck Today I walked out to my truck, which was parked at the far end of the lot where no one ever parks. On any given day there are at least a dozen empty spots in that area because it’s so far from the buildings. I had my truck and trailer parked there for about two hours, taking up five spots, and returned to find a tow notice on my window stating my vehicle would be towed within the hour. I recently moved into FOREST PINES, and the noise is a BIG ISSUE! Buildings 1 and 10 are right next to the highway, and the traffic noise is constant and louder at day and night. The windows are not double-pane and do not block the sound effectively. I documented the issue and asked management for help, but management declined to take any action.

ATTENTION PLEASE!!!!!!! This apartment charges lease violation fees FOR NO REASON!!!! If you don't pay attention to your account, you will paid more than $100 every month. Please do every effort to avoid the this apartment unless you want a living experience full of arguments! They are not honest!
