This place has a severe wasp infestation that they will not deal with. Ever since I had wasps fly into my living room while trying to enjoy my balcony, I have been asking them to get a handle on the amount of wasps in the complex. I want to make it clear that I am no stranger to bugs or living in the south. I am an avid camper and outdoor enthusiast and have lived in central Texas my whole life. Terrible place to live. I never make reviews but this place needed one. Management is unresponsive, maintenance takes forever, and maintenance enters apartments whenever they want with little respect for resident’s privacy. The property is poorly maintained, especially considering the rent they charge. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Unhelpful and unprofessional front desk staff and deceptive management, rude pest control service. This property carries the lowest rating among comparably priced options in the area and it's well deserved.

Worst apartments in the Bryan/College Station area. The apartments constantly have issues cause they’re built as cheap as possible. There’s gaps around all the doors so the bugs that get into the walls just come right into your apartment. There’s issues all the time with amenities such as the oven or washing machines, and if you put in a work order expect it to be months.
