Worst apartments in the Bryan/College Station area. The apartments constantly have issues cause they’re built as cheap as possible. There’s gaps around all the doors so the bugs that get into the walls just come right into your apartment. There’s issues all the time with amenities such as the oven or washing machines, and if you put in a work order expect it to be months. This place has a severe wasp infestation that they will not deal with. Ever since I had wasps fly into my living room while trying to enjoy my balcony, I have been asking them to get a handle on the amount of wasps in the complex. Review: 0/5 – Attempted to Tow a Disabled Veteran’s Truck Today I walked out to my truck, which was parked at the far end of the lot where no one ever parks. On any given day there are at least a dozen empty spots in that area because it’s so far from the buildings. I was genuinely interested and considering being a future resident; however, both my requests to tour the facility went ignored! First I requested through apartments.com, then through their website. Additionally, their lowest advertised pricing (around $900–$1,000) did not seem to reflect current availability, as the units I found were closer to $1,400+.
