Love living here. Neighborhood clean and quiet for the most part. Maintenance is friendly and prompt when it comes to fixing any issues. Even while seeing them around the neighborhood they are always friendly. Management and office staff are fine. Just be careful which building you choose to live in, I live nearby dog park and there’s a dog that is howling frequently. it can become quite annoying especially early in the morning and late at night. Management is terrible. Don’t pay extra for being on the first floor you will have ants & spiders everywhere AND have to pay for it.
If I could do it all over again, I honestly wouldn’t live here. Management is not helpful or kind at all. For how much you pay in rent, the pool rules are ridiculous. You can’t even play music out loud, only in your headphones. That makes no sense. If you live on the first floor, just be prepared to deal with bugs, ants, spiders, you name it. My twin daughters lived here for 3 years while at Texas A&M. They had a great experience here. We liked that it was gated and had a great floor plan. Also, the pool and fitness center were a bonus. Super close to Walmart too! They had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor. Any small maintenance issue would be fixed quickly by the very nice and professional maintenance staff. They moved out in July and even got their deposit back. I highly recommend these apartments.
