I wish I had seen these reviews before I got involved with scammer John M*****. My experience: John M***** of Forest Park Windows asks for a deposit upfront and then does not deliver the product. I paid $500 and never received my windows. I see claimants on the BBB website from people with similar stories. He appears to have moved from the **********address. When i sued him, he got a summons and never showed up. An honest person who show up and explain themselves. Watch out in case this guy tries to start another business.
If there was a negative star rating. That would fit this situation better. I agreed to a contract and price for Windows and installation. I was notified the windows were in and a time and date was set up. That day and time came and went. No show. I had to contact the business owner John M***** for reschedule he didn’t contact me. I entered into a contract with John M***** on 9-29-17, almost a year ago. I hired him to install 3 windows at a rental property I owned. Before we did the contract I told him that I needed the windows installed before I left on vacation November 6th; to which he replied "no problem". I also asked if his company was available to do the install on the weekends; to which he replied "yes Ma'am, no problem". He talked good and I thought what a nice guy. The total cost was $987.43. Bought windows from John 12 years ago and my son just cracked one of them, John sent his crew out the next day, replaced it, under lifetime warranty, of course! I've already made arrangements to have them do my new build, very impressed!!
