I'm upset with the snow removal. Every time it snows a lot our side of the road never gets plowed. We have to shovel our driveway and our side of the road just to get out. The rental next to me gets plowed out and the rest of the snow stays in the road. I'm just asking to plz plow the all the road . Not just one side. Thank you
Have been very disappointed with the customer service on our new home. Impossible to get anybody out to take care of issues from the original set-up. Paying a monthly fee for little to nothing service on anything. Just found out now the office is closed until further notice to once again nobody available to help with issues that have been going on since we moved in. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Staff are lowlife scum. One of their staff members started sending me obscene and harassing messages on social media with absolutely no provocation. He clearly was not very bright as he had his employment with this company on public display. If these are the kind of people UMH employs I would advise any potential customers to stay away at all costs.
Trashy office people.
First off the office people are extremely Rude One had the audacity to call my and a fat lazy slob. They harrass people and mind you only a select few, they pick at you and threaten you over the smallest of matters. I can walk through the park and at least half of the homes have violations but when you speak to the homeowners they have no idea and Nvr have been informed that was a violation.
Buying a new modular home at Pikewood was done very professional. The staff there worked together as a well Organized team. Office manager, Cheryl was pulling things together and was totally organized when it came time to sit down and close on our house. This was one of the Best buying experience of this whole guys life.
