The hotel is physically lovely—nice design, comfortable room, and the heated pool. However, our check-in experience was severely lacking. One of our two requested adjacent rooms was completely uncleaned upon arrival (dirty and unmade). When we questioned the front desk, the only response we received was, "I don't know what happened," with no further explanation or follow-up given even after we checked out. Overall, the stay was okay due to the nice facilities.

Nice location to stay if you're in Jasper. The hotel is currently going through some renovation, but outside of that the room (which I believe was already renovated) was very nice, clean and up to date amenities. Service was solid and friendly.

The new sections of rooms were fine. The renovation is moving forward and during that time they had a semi pull up with tubs. The stay was just fine but your at the end of town. You have to drive everywhere at least to downtown. There are no complaints it served perfectly for our stay.

Hard to write a review on this one, if you get an old room in the main building - beware!! Night and day difference between renovated and old rooms. The old rooms are dirty, moldy, insects, you get it all - clearly a 1 star experience. See pictures. Gros and overpriced! We switched rooms as we initially were put in an old room. Make sure you get one of the new and renovated rooms. These rooms are really nice and clean. Not sure why they rent out the old rooms, this clearly has an impact on their reputation and reviews.
