I think this is a beautiful hotel. I was disappointed in a number of things. The TV cable was very poor. Bad reception as to view. Needed maintenance. Then we needed plug ins for a breathing machine, no near plug ins to bed and needed yet again maintenance. He was very helpful. Was a bit disappointed but was more so in that after all this that the only thing stated was I am sorry.

It was great to be back in Jasper to see the beauty of the mountains and also see the town full of people enjoying themselves. We spent our time at Forest Park Hotel (formerly The Sawridge). I couldn’t believe how nice the new renovations were in the Alpine Wing! I can’t wait to see the rest of the hotel once it’s done later this year! Jasper is open for business and waiting to greet you!

While we had anticipated a more comfortable experience, our initial impression of the room was disappointing. Despite being newly furnished, it lacked a relaxing ambiance. The room temperature was a warm 23 degrees Celsius, requiring us to open the sliding door to cool it down. Being on the ground floor, we were also concerned to find the sliding door lock appeared to be repaired with silicone.
