I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent phone call. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and repeatedly hung up while I was still speaking. I was simply trying to get assistance, and I did not feel that I was treated respectfully as a customer. I believe your company should consider providing better customer-service training and hiring representatives who are willing to communicate with customers professionally. This is the first time that I am using them, they are great. Very nice and accommodating, just all the way around AWESOME. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a GREAT body shop. You can not even tell that my car was wrecked on the back drivers side door. GREAT WORK !

Hello everyone; I stopped by this body shop and the gentleman was incredibly kind and attentive. He was kind enough to give me an estimate, which was really important to me. I highly recommend going to him. I saw the cars, and they honestly look like they just rolled off the assembly line. His employees are super friendly and very professional.
