Felt pretty stupid walking out of this store today at lunch. Went into this specific store because it looked like it had good reviews, fairly new to the area so I was looking for the closest place to have my ring repaired.I was wearing some slippers so looked like I didn’t belong in this affluent area. The very old lady- pretty sure made me feel like what I did was dumb and redirected me to the manufacturer, which is fine but I’m pretty sure she profiled me and definitely felt like I didn’t belong there.
Truly OBSESSED with my engagement ring my FIANCÉ custom made with Mason! It’s everything I dreamed of down to the last detail of hidden birthstones. Mason made sure to keep in mind the longevity of the ring and bringing the dream into life. Great communication through every step of the way so adjustments could be made to perfect it. I can’t wait to wear this rock for the rest of my life! Thank you 🥰
Awesome local shop, great owners and high quality items. Got a nice tissot watch from them and they were a pleasure to deal with
Mason was always polite and spent considerable time discussing options for a custom engagement ring. He sourced multiple stones, answered questions, and was willing to explore different ideas.
