Amazing experience! I came in to repair a ring that had split right where it was sized (by a different business). They were able to fix it in just a few days. The whole process felt incredibly easy, and they were approachable, professional, and kind. Highly recommend!
I dropped off my engagement ring a week ago to have it sized down by two sizes, and when we went to pick it up, I felt comfortable enough to drop off another piece without even seeing my finished ring. I was hesitant for months, worried about the small diamonds on the band becoming loose during the process of going down sizes. Mason was incredibly reassuring, transparent and I trusted him completely. I really wish I had gone sooner. Highly recommend!!
