Fantastic job from the staff, they helped guide me and my fiancé through the process of designing our wedding bands and understanding a good time frame. Since we were a bit short on time and went in knowing that, they helped us get bands for the ceremony while we worked on our custom wedding bands. Friendly and knowledgeable, happy to make changes to designs but advised us on the durability of certain gemstones so we won't be replacing or repairing our rings frequently. My grandmother loves this place as well.
This is my go to place for fine jewelry repair. They fixed quite a few custom gold and silver pieces for me. Friendly staff and very fair pricing.
First, I’d just like to say they are very reasonably priced. I have brought multiple items (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings) for reattaching, shortening, cleaning and resizing, and a watch for a new battery.
