Disappointing experience today. The lifeguards called a thunder break after hearing a plane overhead. I understand the need to be cautious, but instead of communicating with the guests, they silently changed the reopening time on the sign multiple times without any announcements or updates. Meanwhile, we could hear them talking about a party they were excited for, laughing as they put up the “Closed” sign. When asked about it we were told how to check the weather. Our subdivisions own pool and gym which not too many people use. Very well kept and clean. Thanks
