They have changed ownership several times. They have increased lot rents numerous times. The increases have been tremendously higher compared to all other mobile home sites around the area which many people have loaded up and left. If you plan on moving into this place please be ready to get upset and regret the decision you made. Awful place.
another rent increase - 200 dollars additional increase for lot rent only. making the total be 525. this place is starting to feel like the mob ring. Beware - Beware - Beware
