Where do I start? You get very little for leasing the lot here. Nothing is ever resolved if you complain. The only thing the leasing office is consistent with is driving around posting citations on your front door about cutting your grass., painting , removing leaves, etc. when crimes happen you don't hear a word from management no letter email alert nothing. Lots of groups of teens walking around crossing through backyards. Bikes in the areas have been stolen by teens. I wouldn't recommend a single female or mom move there ... read more
DONT MOVE IN HERE, THE MANAGERS ARE AWFUL..NO PLACE FOR CHILDREN... PLAYGROUNDS ARE USED FOR SEXUAL ACTIVITY FOR THE TEENAGERS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO...NOT ALLOWED POOLS ON PATIO CAUSE SOMEONE COULD FALL IN, HOW NOT SURE IF THEY ARE ON UR PATIO THEY ARE UP TO NO GOOD..
