Cecilia Hay was very helpful, understanding and caring during the process. She made things so much easier and better for myself and my siblings. We were provided with options to customize the grave marker for our mom. She listened to our opinions and had a special design created for us. Cecilia is very thorough, she followed up throughout the entire process and kept me informed about everything.

My parents, relatives, and I paid a lot of money for burial spots and headstones. Look at the trash on the property where people have paid lots of money for their loved ones to be buried in. The grass has dried out. People headstones have sunken in. People headstones are broken. There was an accident how long ago that left debris that have yet to be disposed. I am tired of visiting my relatives at Forest Lawn and seen trash all throughout the property. The lawn is unkept. The amount of money that has been taking from familie... read more
