Where should I start? Forest lawn has always been amazing to me and my family. My mom got buried there in 2002 and my father got buried there in 1999. He didn’t have any headstone at all for lawn directed me to request one from the army and take the necessary steps for me to be able to afford a headstone and now that that is done I cannot thank them enough. Chelsea, my first point of contact,, was very welcoming, and compassionate when I called. That initial conversation with her is what motivated me to physically stop by for a visit. Jenny, the office manager, sealed the deal with her friendly personality, her patience with me, and her willingness to answer ALL of my many questions. Extremely Disappointed: No Restroom Access at Cemetery I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of restroom access at the cemetery. It's truly unprofessional and frankly, unbelievable that in such a vast area, no service can be provided when there's nowhere else to use the bathroom. Having the restrooms closed is completely unacceptable. This made for a very uncomfortable and frustrating visit.
I have family in the cemetery and all I heard is positive comments and staff making sure your needs are met in a professional friendly manner. I bought a space on the wall and the process was very smooth. I recommend the cemetery to anyone that needs a peace of mind to love ones. I thank you George
