I’m reviewing this based on my friend’s experience. She had a 12:30 appointment and arrived at 12:20, as required. After being taken to the waiting room, she was left waiting for over 20 minutes. She eventually had to leave because of work. The whole thing wasted more than a hour, including driving, of her time. What is truly infuriating was seeing the appointed doctor - Dr. Raymond Wong casually walking around instead of attending to her. I followed Dr Caulfield to this new office even though it's incredibly out of my way. When you make an appointment, you aren't waiting for an hour or even close. Reception is efficient and pleasant, and Dr. Caulfield genuinely cares. He calls to check up after a few days if it's something serious and always gets back to me when he says he'll look into something. I'd like to update this and say dr.
