My parents bought and paid for their funerals years ago (which I highly recommend), so it was a very easy process. We were treated with kindness and respect.
I had previously had my preplan at Woodlawn but due to divorce had to make changes. I went there multiple times and given misinformation when bought a marker then told paperwork would be done ... made numerous calls but no response after 2 yrs finally called office instead of number for CSR ...she had been let go and paperwork was never finalized. Woodlawn never followed up on any of her clients. Finally decided to transfer my plot to Forest Lawn...Brandy was very helpful...work thru all the incomplete paperwork with me and ... read more
Dignity Memorial was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for our daughter’s funeral and burial and I would recommend them to everyone. Mariah and Brandy was the best.
